Ah. A site for Christian artists.
I'm trolling. I haven't blogged in a while. I'm online looking for a new place to hang artwork that's not a hell pit for the local cheese rats to swill gut rotting sugar wine on my dime. I've just had a family get together, and have the subsequent familiar urge to drive off a bridge. I am in a pisser of a mood. Hence, I take to expending my ire on those who make public their pleas for money and prayers.
from ... Mark W. Pettigrew, pictured down and to the left but appealing to the higher-up and right:
(Do you think he plays the piano, too?)
"I have never been married or even lived with a woman in
anything other than a platonic relationship. While there are
undoubtedly some benefits associated with that fact, there are still
times when I would very much like to be able to share my life with a
compatible and loving Christian wife. However, I just turned 50 last
summer. The probability of my ever marrying a compatible woman seems
more and more remote and unattainable with each passing day. I will
continue to serve the Lord faithfully until the day I die, even if God
never blesses me in that particular manner. But it still would be nice
if I did not have to serve the Lord alone as a single man."
Undoubtedly there are benefits. For us. By us I mean women. I dig that type he used. It's like his name glowing red.
Okay - I do feel kinda bad for him after rereading this particular site grab. He's asking for prayers, which is understandable, truly. But I don't pray, and as it happens I only know godless whores like myself, so no use in trying to hook a fellow up. So, I die the eternal death if it happens that the moustachioed chap turns out to have been worshiping an actual God or messianic figure of divine and soul preserving import. I shall see about that later, I suppose.
It's fucking cold, I cracked my wrist and can't paint or wait tables. I post a low blow. I'm cranky. I'll make it up to Mark. Here's where he suggests you send him money:
